All fees are discussed with you in advance, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.

New Patient Telephone Appointment — FREE

A friendly 15-minute telephone call to discuss your needs, answer any questions and decide together whether speech and language therapy is right for you.

Initial Assessment — £130

Your 90-minute initial appointment includes:

• A detailed assessment
• Discussion of your concerns and goals
• Feedback and advice
• A summary of recommendations

Detailed written report: If you require a comprehensive written report following your assessment, the total assessment cost is £200.

Therapy & Follow-Up Sessions — £90

Standard therapy sessions are 45 minutes and include:

• Therapy tailored to individual needs
• Additional time for feedback and advice
• Guidance to support progress between sessions

Home & Hospital Visits

We can provide therapy at home or in hospital. Travel charges are based on the distance from our base in Central Kirkcaldy.

Travel charges for 40+ miles are based on the total milage for the outward and return journey.

Additional Costs

There may occasionally be additional professional costs depending on your individual requirements, such as out-of-hours appointments, detailed reports, home therapy activities, missed appointments or late cancellations.

Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
